1. Definitions

"Service" means the Kemo IPTV streaming subscription providing access to live TV channels, VOD (Video on Demand), and EPG (Electronic Programme Guide). "You" means the customer or subscriber. "We", "us", "our" means Kemo IPTV.

2. Service Description

Kemo IPTV provides access to thousands of live channels and VOD content via internet streaming. The service requires a stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps recommended for HD streaming, 50 Mbps for 4K). We do not provide internet service, hardware (such as set-top boxes), or VPN connections. Channel availability may change without prior notice due to broadcaster adjustments or licensing changes.

3. Account & Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to purchase a subscription.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
• One subscription permits simultaneous usage on the number of devices you have selected (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 connections). Sharing your login details with others beyond your plan limit is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of your account without refund.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• All plans are prepaid and available in durations: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
• Prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or other PCI-compliant gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will receive a reminder before your plan expires and must manually repurchase to continue.
• We offer a free 24-hour trial – no payment is required for the trial period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Resell, restream, rebroadcast, or redistribute our service in any form.
• Use VPNs or proxy services to abuse server locations or circumvent regional restrictions.
• Share your account credentials publicly, on forums, or with unauthorised users.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with our servers or infrastructure.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your account without any refund.

6. Service Availability & Uptime

We guarantee 99.9% server uptime. We are not responsible for downtime caused by your internet service provider (ISP), your device, or third-party broadcasters. We provide 24/7 technical support to resolve any issues you may encounter. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance wherever possible.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of IPTV services, all sales are final and non-refundable after activation. We encourage you to take advantage of our free 24-hour trial to test compatibility and performance before making a purchase. Refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances, such as a prolonged server outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, and software are the exclusive property of Kemo IPTV. Channel content is provided via licensed aggregators and is subject to their respective copyrights. You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to view the streams for your own use only.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not own the broadcasted channels or content. We are an IPTV access provider only. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of IPTV services is legal in your country of residence.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Kemo IPTV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our total liability to you is strictly limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice for any breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or any misuse of our service. Upon termination, your access will cease, and no refund will be issued.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belfast.
