🔑 Before You Start — Understanding Your Login

Credentials

When you subscribe to Kemo IPTV, you receive your credentials via email and WhatsApp within 5 minutes of payment. Depending on the device and app you use, you will receive one of three formats:

🔐
Option A — Xtream Codes
Username, Password & Server URL
Xtream Codes give you a username, a password, and a server URL. You enter these three pieces of information into any compatible IPTV app — IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, IBO Player and most modern apps support this format. This is the most flexible method and works across the widest range of devices.

📄
Option B — M3U Playlist URL
Single Web Address
An M3U URL is a single web address that contains your complete channel list. You paste this URL into any app that supports M3U playlists — VLC, GSE Smart IPTV, Perfect Player and many others. Some apps accept both Xtream Codes and M3U — use whichever you prefer.

📦
Option C — Portal URL
MAC-Based Devices
MAG Boxes, Formuler boxes, Dreamlink boxes and similar hardware devices use a portal URL system linked to your device's MAC address. You send us your MAC address, we activate it on our server, and you enter the portal URL we give you into your device settings.

🔧 General Troubleshooting

Quick fixes

Most issues are resolved in under 2 minutes. Try these quick fixes before reaching out to support.

🔄
Buffering or Freezing
Check your internet speed — IPTV requires 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K. Switch from Wi-Fi to a wired ethernet connection if possible. Restart your router and streaming device.
💥
App Crashes or Won't Load
Clear the app cache in your device settings. Restart the app and your device. If the issue persists, reinstall the IPTV player app from your device's app store.
🔑
Login or Activation Errors
Double-check your credentials — they are case-sensitive. Ensure you're entering the server URL correctly (no trailing slashes). If the issue continues, contact support to verify your account status.
🔒
VPN Connection Issues
If you're using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily. Some VPNs throttle streaming traffic. If you need a VPN, use one with fast servers and no bandwidth limits.

❓ Setup & Installation FAQ

4 answers

Quick answers to the most common setup and installation questions.

To set up Kemo IPTV, you'll need your activation credentials — either an M3U playlist URL or Xtream Codes (username, password, and server URL) that were sent to you via email after purchase. You'll also need a compatible IPTV player app installed on your device and a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K).

Most users complete the Kemo IPTV setup in under 5 minutes. The process involves installing an IPTV player app (2-3 minutes) and entering your credentials (1-2 minutes). Firestick users may need an additional 2-3 minutes to enable unknown sources and install the Downloader app.

Yes. Kemo IPTV offers multi-device plans supporting 1, 2, 3, or up to 5 simultaneous connections. Each connection allows one device to stream at a time. If you have a 2-connection plan, two devices can stream simultaneously. Visit our pricing page to choose the plan that fits your household.

If the app won't install, first check that your device has enough storage space. For Firestick, ensure 'Apps from Unknown Sources' is enabled in Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options. For Android, enable 'Install from Unknown Sources' in your device settings. If the issue persists, try restarting your device and downloading the app again. Contact our support team if you continue to experience problems.
